About

Dr. Asif Shahzad earned his Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Bahria University, Islamabad Campus, Pakistan in 2018. He joined COMSATS University, Abbottabad campus in 2003. In 2006 he joined COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Asif Shahzad’s research interests are in OB/HRM theories and quantitative methods in the field of Management Sciences. His research interests also include multilevel structural equation modeling (MSEM), longitudinal studies, and mediation/moderation. He teaches quantitative analysis and research-related courses at COMSATS University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
